AT THE STROKE OF MIDNIGHT, NEW YORK’S PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM’S FIRST BABY OF 2023

Kingsley Mei was born at midnight, weighing in at 6 lbs. 7.6 oz. and measuring 19 in.

(New York, NY – January 1, 2023) The City’s public health system’s first baby of 2023 was welcomed at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health this morning at the stroke of midnight. Named Kingsley Mei, the boy weighs 6 lbs. 7.6 oz. and measures 19 in. Kingsley Mei was born to parents Dexin and Holly. This is the Brooklyn couple’s first boy.
