If someone were tipping them, I would suspect Indiana high school students, but perhaps cow tipping has gone out of fashion since hitting home runs with mailboxes became so popular. (Any rural Hoosier will know what I am talking about.)

Didn't I say the tourists were *crazy* for these cows? Here's a Texas cowgirl who mistook one for a bench or maybe she roped that dogie and is waiting for her score to be announced. |
