Beliefs
Some beliefs of the church are that members should not follow leaders blindly but should be guided by prayer and their own personal beliefs. Members believe in doing all they can to get to heaven but understand that they will fail and are saved by Christ’s salvation. Also, revelations play an important role, since the LDS Church derives from God's revelation to Joseph Smith. Members value the Book of Mormon, an account of the revelations and prophecy given to Smith.Activities and Schedule
