Activities and Schedule
The updated church schedule can be found on Church of the Advent's website.At Church of the Advent, the Food Basket Ministries takes up offerings from parish families of dry and canned goods. Foods are collected at 9 A.M. Sunday service and given to various Spartanburg service groups. The Church of the Advent has many other volunteer groups that help the church community and the city of Spartanburg. For example, the Guild of Saint Francis and Claire brings food to church members who have experienced a death in the family or are sick.
