Research Template

This Research Template is designed as an aid for gathering information on religious centers. You may wish to print it out, or just use it as a guideline for developing your own form.

The template is available in three versions:

  1. The PDF version, ideal for printing, either directly from the Web or after downloading the document to your computer. Files in Portable Document Format require Adobe Acrobat Reader to be viewed and printed. It is already included with most systems, but is also available for download free of charge.

  2. A Microsoft Word document. Using this option will decode and save a Word document entitled "template.doc" on your computer; you can then use it to fill in your own information or modify it as you wish. If your browser cannot decode the document properly, you should download StuffIt Expander from Aladdin Systems (it's free).
