People of Dien Bien Phu

	These are the Dien Bien Phu equivalent of "The Ready Men."  They are killing time waiting for work.  I stopped to say hello on my way to the market.
	This gentleman put his water buffalo into park so I could take a picture.
	All students  wear uniforms.  Usually white blouses and blue skirts or pants, depending on gender.   This was a variation.
