The Baha'i Association at Tufts is composed of members and friends of the Baha'i Faith on and around the Tufts University campus. Their goal is to make the world a better place.

The Brandeis Baha'i Association brings together people of diverse ethnic, religious, cultural, and philosophical backgrounds to search for spiritual solutions to practical social problems.  They meet weekly, are involved in interfaith activities, and collaborate with other Brandeis clubs as well as Baha'i clubs at other local universities.

The Harvard Baha'i Association is a student organization whose membership is open to all students and faculty. It organizes diverse events on and off campus. The Harvard Baha'i Association's main activities revolve around fellowship and the organization of events that are in line with Baha'i ideals such as the independent investigation of truth, the harmony of religion and science, the equality of men and women, the elimination of all forms of prejudice, the oneness of humanity, and the promotion of world peace and governance.

The Boston University Baha’i Association is a group of Boston University Baha’i students that seeks to promote unity of race, religion, and culture.

The Baha'i Association at MIT is a student organization whose membership is open to all students and faculty. It organizes diverse events on and off campus primarily to promulgate the Baha'i Faith and its ideals.

The Boston Bahá’í Center serves the administrative and spiritual needs of Bahá’ís throughout Greater Boston. It also provides collective worship and spiritual education for children, youth, and adults that is open to all.
