The opposition’s unblocking of parliament would be a positive and valuable step for them and for Kosova.

Dardanian Kosova attacked from all sides, from outside and from within. It is time for all those who love the state and the nation with all their heart and without deceit to raise their voices against these attacks. Especially independent intellectuals and those who do not belong to any party and there are many of them. But, also the many members of political parties who put party interests before state interests and have no participation in corruption and bad deeds.
Criticism of the leaders of the PDK and AAK parties who have emerged from the war does not mean criticism of the heroism and freedom struggle of Adem Jashari and the glorious KLA. Criticism of the leaders of the LDK is not criticism of the democratic movement of Ibrahim Rugova. And of course, this is not a criticism of the entire opposition, because there are many brave and wise patriots there who love Kosova with all their hearts, for which they have given everything.
The statement of PDK MP Abelard Tahiri, “worse than the current blockade in the Kosova Assembly is if Albin Kurti would manage to form the Government” reveals everything. The PDK leadership has deviated from the path of democracy and state building. The thirst for power, the fear of losing illegal wealth and the hatred towards PM Albin Kurti have made them lose their reason. Unfortunately, the leaders of LDK and AAK have also joined them.
For four years in opposition, they have failed to find the right and constructive path of action in their democratic state. Their inability to offer better concrete proposals and solutions than the Kurti government in the confrontation with Serbia, but also in domestic political and economic life, they have replaced with opposition to everything Kurti does and ultimately with blocking the creation of state institutions.
Honestly, I regret to say that I do not know of any good, important work in the interest of the state and the nation that the opposition leaders have done in the last four years. I think and believe that unblocking the parliament by the opposition would be a positive and valuable step for them, but also towards the development of democracy and the strengthening of the Republic of Kosova.
The center of all attacks on the state of Kosova with the aim of eradicating the Albanian nation is hegemonic Serbia, led by the criminal and fascist regime of Aleksandar Vučić and supported by fascist Russia. They have concentrated all their forces against the government of Prime Minister Albin Kurti and President Vjosa Osmani, whom they consider the main obstacle to achieving their predatory goals in the Balkans.
General Wesley Clark’s warning in Dayton that Serbia could use Kosova “as a time bomb to appear at the wrong time” should be taken very seriously. This is also evidenced by the provocative demonstration of Serbian high school graduates a few days ago in Mitrovica. The blockage of the creation of state institutions encourages Serbia to undertake a sudden and unexpected aggression in northern Kosova.
Serbia’s extended hand in Kosova is the Serbian list. Its selective participation in the democratic life of Kosova has only one goal, the destruction of the state. Kosova is the only country in the world that allows a hostile organization to interfere in the affairs of the state. The main responsibility for this lies with the opposition leaders, who did not allow the vote to prevent the participation of the Serbian list in the elections.
Serbian aggression against Kosova has turned into a war against Albin Kurti. Their main goal is the permanent removal of him and the political forces that are with him from the political life of Kosova. The former pro-Serbian diplomat without official position, the American Richard Grenell, and the pro-Serbian internationalist Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, also have the same goal. They are also united by hatred, resentment towards Kurti, and personal interests.
The attacks on Kosova have also been joined by Kosovo’s oligarchs, due to their financial ties with Serbia, hatred of Kurti and illegal profits, some wealthy Albanians in America, as well as many Albanian media outlets influenced by Kosova’s Enemies in Kosova, Albania and wherever Albanians live. One Kosova oligarch declares that he will spend all his wealth just to overthrow Prime Minister Kurti.
The majority people of Kosova are standing strong against all of them. They showed with 340,000 votes that they want to be led by Albin Kurti. Only President Vjosa Osmani comes close to him in terms of votes, who if she entered direct elections by the people, would win again with an even larger majority of votes. Speaker of Parliament Glauk Konjufca has 270,000 votes. The others have much fewer votes. These are facts.
With their abilities, determination and knowledge, Vjosa, Albin and Glauk deserve to lead the state for at least one more term. They too have mistakes, but not ones that undermine the existence of the state. They are expected to show prudence, tolerance and respect for the different views of each other and others.
The vote of the people is sacred. It checks and corrects everyone’s mistakes. Secret voting is the pinnacle of democracy. The blockers of the state institutions are those who block and do not vote, not those who vote. If the blockers exploit legal loopholes and do not let the winners govern, there is no other option but extraordinary elections. The people of Kosova have the final say, no one else.
All these desperate senseless attacks will fail! No one can block pro-American Kosova on the secure path to freedom, independence, democracy and state building.
