• KOSOVA IS A SUCCESSFUL COUNTRY, HELPED AND CREATED BY AMERICA;
• THE STRATEGIC INTERESTS OF AMERICA AND KOSOVA COINCIDE WITH EACH OTHER;
• KOSOVA IS A PERMANENT FRIEND AND RELIABLE PARTNER FOR AMERICA;
• THE STRATEGIC DIALOGUE BETWEEN KOSOVA AND AMERICA SHOULD RESUME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE;
• KOSOVA’S MEMBERSHIP IN NATO IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP FORWARD;
These were some of the conclusions of the meeting held a some time ago, where I participated as Executive Director of AACL (Albanian-American Civic League), together with activist Behlul Gashi, President of the organization “Other Albania” for the USA with the Board, as well as other friends and activists, at Mr. Gashi’s restaurant in New Rochelle.
Congressman Self was interested in hearing from us about who is pushing the anti-government agenda against Kurti. We agreed that, while Serbia is the source of all problems in the Balkans,that, while Serbia is the source of all problems in the Balkans, in Kosova it is the opposition and their controlled media, in cooperation with the oligarchs and former Ambassador Grenell, who represents Serbian interests.
Although Grenell does not hold any important position in the Trump administration, he has used his connections to pressure the U.S. Embassy in Prishtina against Kurti, whom he hates so much.
This turned out to be a very important meeting in support of the Republic of Kosova.
