The Albanian American Relations Council is proud to present General Wesley Clark with the “Kalorësi i Skënderbeut” Award at the AARC Gala 2026.
The award recognizes his leadership, courage, and service in defense of freedom and human dignity, and honors his historic role during the Kosovo conflict as NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe. NATO records confirm that Clark served as SACEUR and commanded NATO operations during the 1999 Kosovo campaign.
Inspired by Albania’s national hero, Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu, the award recognizes what AARC describes as General Clark’s historic contribution to the liberation and protection of the people of Kosovo.
Courage • Leadership • Freedom
